We will provide support and supervision with your personal daily tasks in line with your NDIS plan. We will ensure that we will respect your goals and your needs, and we will support you to live as autonomously as possible

We will provide assistance with your transportation needs to enable you to get to your appointment, activities, education and work

We will assist you for innovative community participation programs of your choice to build skills and actively participate with your community

We will assist and support you to develop/enhance your life skills through training, ongoing support to increase your ability live independent as possible with your daily living task, communication, social skills and problem-solving

We will assist you with your domestic chores in your home in order to maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment including washing, cleaning and ironing     

We will support you to participate with community activities of your choice to ensure your engagement with the community groups and other individuals in the community

DolTak Care will provide you a safe and secure management of your funding as your support plan.

We will cater to your needs based on comprehensive assessment that identify your health conditions and we will provide a care plan to appropriately assist your requirements.
